Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of furhealth.global (the "Site") and any purchase you make from FurHealth, owned and operated by Jessica Dowdy, 510 N Park Ave, Alliance, OH 44601, USA ("FurHealth," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

2. Products and information

FurHealth sells dietary supplements for dogs and cats. Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided as accurately as possible, but packaging and colors may vary slightly. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not veterinary advice. See our Disclaimer.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Submitting the checkout form sends us an order request. We review it and email you a secure payment link or invoice, normally within one business day. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• Applicable sales tax is added to your invoice.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or inability to ship to the address. If we cancel after payment, we'll issue a full refund.
• Only one discount applies per order. Bundle savings (15% off three or more items) and promo codes cannot be combined; the larger discount applies automatically.

4. Shipping

Shipping times, costs and policies are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns and our 60-day guarantee

6. Responsible use

Use products only as directed on the label and on the Site. Consult your veterinarian before use if your pet is pregnant, nursing, under 12 weeks old, taking medication or has a health condition. Discontinue use and contact your veterinarian if you notice any adverse reaction.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, photos, graphics, logos and the FurHealth name — belong to FurHealth or its licensors and are protected by U.S. law. You may share links and short quotes with attribution, but you may not copy, reproduce or sell Site content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information or using automated tools to scrape content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Returns & Refund Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Individual results vary.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurHealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FurHealth harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please contact us — most issues can be resolved quickly by talking.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
