Where we ship, how fast it arrives and what it costs.
Every FurHealth order is packed by hand at our location in Alliance, Ohio. Here's what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

*Delivery times start after your order ships and are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts.
Processing time
Once payment is received, orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders paid after 1 PM Eastern on Friday ship the following Monday. During holidays and promotions, processing may take an extra day — we'll let you know if there's any delay.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If you haven't received tracking within three business days of payment, please contact us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to admin@furhealth.global within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Heat and weather
Our products are shelf-stable and don't need refrigeration. During extreme summer heat, soft chews may soften in transit — this doesn't affect quality. Store jars in a cool, dry place once they arrive.
