We want you and your pet to be happy with FurHealth. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
60-day happiness guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your first jar of any formula, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price — even if the jar is opened or partly used. Some pets simply don't take to a new food, and we understand.
- The guarantee applies to one jar per formula per household.
- For multi-jar orders, unopened additional jars can be returned for a refund within 60 days.
- Opened jars beyond the first jar of a formula are not eligible, except in cases of damage or a product issue.
How to request a refund
- Email admin@furhealth.global or call (781) 226-8208 with your name and order details.
- Tell us briefly what happened — it helps us improve.
- For opened first jars, you don't need to send anything back. For unopened jars, we'll email a prepaid return label.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval (or of receiving your return, for unopened jars). Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item or a product issue. Return shipping for unopened jars is free using the label we provide.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping — your choice.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order request at any time before payment, or after payment until the order ships, for a full refund. Just reply to your invoice email or contact us.
If your pet has a reaction
Stop using the product and contact your veterinarian. Then let us know — your full refund is guaranteed, and we'll want the lot number from the jar so we can review the batch.
