How FurHealth collects, uses and protects your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit furhealth.global (the "Site"), place an order, contact us or sign up for our emails. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number and order notes.
- Contact information: name, email, phone and the content of your message when you use our contact form, email or call us.
- Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
- Pet details you choose to share, such as species, age or weight, when asking for product guidance.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and time of visit, collected through server logs.
- Cookies and local storage: used to keep your cart and remember your cookie choice. With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies may also be used (see Section 4 and our Cookie Policy).
Payment information
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on this Site. When you place an order request, we email you a secure payment link or invoice processed by a third-party payment provider, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
- To process, invoice, ship and support your orders
- To respond to questions and provide customer service
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates
- To send our newsletter if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To improve our Site, products and content
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, only with your consent
- To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure, and comply with legal obligations
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — web hosting, email delivery, payment processing and shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS) — and only as needed to perform those services.
- Advertising partners, such as Microsoft Advertising, only if you accept advertising cookies.
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
- A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies and local storage keep your cart working and remember your preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default and are only enabled if you choose "Accept all" or turn them on in the cookie settings. If enabled, we may use the Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure conversions from our ads. Microsoft may collect or receive information from the Site and use it to provide measurement services and targeted ads. Learn more at privacy.microsoft.com. You can opt out of Microsoft personalized ads at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
5. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (generally seven years). Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically retained for no more than 90 days.
6. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal information to people who need it to run the business and use reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by law. You may also use an authorized agent.
Global Privacy Control: We treat a GPC browser signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other websites
Our Site may link to websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
