What payment methods are accepted?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, and Visa as our traditional payment methods, along with digital options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PhonePe, and PayPal. We also support BHIM, net banking, and other digital wallets such as Paytm and Amazon Pay.
Once you place an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. If you still have questions about your order, please contact hello@furhealth.global with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP.
Orders placed through our website process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you contact hello@furhealth.global within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be modified or canceled.
At Fur Health, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order and need a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refunds are only available for sealed, unopened products returned within the 30-day window. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Does FURHEALTH ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working on expanding our international shipping soon. If you’d like to place an order for a country not listed, please contact us at hello@furhealth.global for assistance. We appreciate your patience and support!
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart total and delivery location. All prices include tax. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once your package has been dispatched.
We currently use DELHIVERY to ship all orders within India. For international orders, shipping carriers may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Where are FURHEALTH supplements are made ?

All of our supplements are proudly made in India, following stringent safety standards and certifications. With rigorous quality control at every step, we ensure safe and effective products for your pets—delivered straight to your doorstep.
We produce almost all our superfoods and medicinal mushrooms in-house at our facilities in India, ensuring top-quality, sustainability, and adherence to global standards. For a few select ingredients, we source from trusted Indian partners who meet the highest industry benchmarks. Our manufacturing sites are certified by FSSAI, GMP, and ISO, guaranteeing every supplement’s purity, potency, and safety.
All our supplements go through rigorous third-party lab testing in India at every stage of production. In our certified Indian laboratories, we meticulously screen for contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides, and unwanted microbes, while also ensuring that beneficial betaglucan compounds are present in the correct amounts. This thorough testing process guarantees that every product meets both global food-grade standards and the highest quality benchmarks, giving you peace of mind about your pet’s health.

Are FURHEALTH supplements safe for all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats?

All of our supplements are safe for all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs; however, the recommended dosage varies depending on the size of your pet. Click HERE for our Dosage Chart and Feeding Guide!
We recommend storing our supplements in a cool, dark area away from moisture and direct sunlight.
If your pet is pregnant, nursing, diabetic, or taking any medications or herbal supplements, please consult your veterinarian before introducing FurHealth supplements to their diet.
We recommend using our supplements within 6 months of opening the seal.
We suggest sticking to one FURHEALTH supplement per meal as each supplement is specifically formulated for its desired effect (ie. Immunity, Digestion, Calmness, probiotics , and Skin & Coat).

There are many different factors that can influence how our supplements affect your cat or dog. Consistency, diet, exercise, and the health of your pet prior to starting FURHEALTH can all impact how quickly you’ll see the benefits and how noticeable they’ll be. On average, our supplements start to show positive effects within the first 2 weeks but sometimes benefits can be seen within a few days. It usually takes 6-8 weeks for our supplements to reach their maximal potential.

Using the provided scoop, measure the appropriate amount of powder based on your pet’s weight and breed type (refer to our Dosage Chart HERE ). Simply sprinkle the powder over their regular food—whether it’s kibble, canned, cooked or mix it into warm water or clear stock to serve as a nourishing broth alongside one of their daily meals. You can get creative with how you serve it, but we recommend starting with a smaller amount and gradually increasing to the full dosage over 1-2 weeks for the best results.
Some pets, especially those with underlying issues, can be sensitive to new additions to their diet. As a general rule, we suggest gradually adding our supplement to their daily meals and slowly increasing to the full dosage over 1-2 weeks. This will give their system time to adapt to the changes.
